Workshops and adventure opportunities for Underwater and Landscape photography.
Workshops and trips are held at various times of the year. Also introductory lessons and Custom / private lessons available. Most courses are conducted in a Classroom / Outdoors combination, with a big emphasis on creative learning and adventure. Whether it’s an evening class on one topic, or a week long adventure on board a boat, you will be sure to gain knowledge and be inspired. And have fun along the way. Below are the upcoming workshops and adventure travel dates.
March 16 th onwards Mini Session photo classes $20 each
Do you want to learn aspects of photography in a workshop setting but don’t have time to commit to a full weekend? Or do you just want to get out of the house for a couple hours in the evening? Well here is your chance. I will be restarting ongoing “Mini Sessions” now. These will be 2 hour mini workshops on a myriad of topics, on different days of the week. You can pick and choose which ones interest you. Mostly the classes will be held out in the field and are limited to 6 people with a minimum of 3.
Topics will include the following Basic aspects- Aperture, Shutter speed, Exposure Triangle, Intro to manual, Lens choices and effects, Fill Flash, Histogram, Composition.
And also these specialty subjects- Sunsets, Night Photography, Macro, Black and White, Birds, Portraits, Kids, Family, Landscapes, Flowers, Street photography, Architectural/interiors, Product/ food, and more.

27 Dec 2017 – 7 Jan 2018 Raja Ampat- Indonesia Sail/ SUP / Photo clinic $3750 USD
This trip is a SUP Wilderness Adventures PRO Series expedition, where you will be accompanied by experts that offer an incredible learning experience. Our destination is Raja Amput; a location that’s about as remote as you get, with one of the most bio-diverse marine ecosystems on the planet. Lying at the heart of SE Asia’s famed Coral Triangle, new marine species are being discovered on a regular basis.
Whether your passion is underwater, macro, landscape or under-over photography, by the end of this trip, you’ll be achieving photographs that are good enough to submit for publication. Topside photographers will marvel at the unusual geological formations, cultural heritage and relics from World War II.
